Vehicle Wrapping 101 🚗

Ever wondered what actually goes into wrapping a vehicle? It’s far more than just sticking vinyl onto paint. A professional wrap follows a detailed process to ensure a flawless finish and long-lasting results.

1⃣Design
Every project starts with the design. Whether it’s a colour change or a full fleet graphic, the artwork is created to fit the exact shape and panels of the vehicle.

2⃣Printing & Preparation
For custom graphics, the design is printed onto specialist wrap vinyl and laminated for durability. At the same time, the vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and prepped to make sure the surface is perfect for installation.

3⃣Installation
The vinyl is carefully applied panel by panel. Using heat, squeegees, and precision tools, installers stretch and shape the film around curves, edges, and contours.

4⃣Finishing Touches
Excess vinyl is trimmed, edges are sealed, and the wrap is heated to ensure it sits perfectly on the vehicle.

5⃣Final Checks
Before the vehicle leaves the workshop, everything is inspected to make sure the wrap meets professional standards.

The result? A vehicle that doesn’t just drive from A to B, but turns heads everywhere it goes.
