🚀We delivered the first Hertsmere Business Think Tank
Created in partnership with Hertsmere Borough Council, our Think Tank brought together a brilliant mix of start‑ups, founders, and established business leaders for open, honest conversation about the realities of running and growing a business.
In a world where leadership can feel isolating, this space was designed to do the opposite - to give people room to reflect, share, question, and connect.
And that’s exactly what happened.
Across the morning, we explored:
✅ What’s working (and what isn’t)
✅ Where people feel stuck
✅ How leaders navigate pressure and decision‑making
✅ The challenges we don’t always say out loud
✅ The relationships that shape our roles and our resilience
The conversations were thoughtful, generous, and refreshingly real.
The room felt supportive, non‑judgemental, and full of people who genuinely want to learn from one another. 💙
