Meet Laura:

I am quite creative, honest, and reliable. I have the ability to think outside the box, so when customers come to us with challenges, I can usually see how we can overcome the issue. Coming up with new ideas, near to their own visions.

I absolutely love spending time with my family and friends. Whether it be travelling, making the most of our beautiful scenery, or simply sitting down for good food and company. Being a compassionate person, I can usually tell when someone is not feeling their best. I often find myself going above and beyond for our customers to ensure not only do they get a good service but they feel better about it too.

My favourite part of owning & running the business is not being limited by others to provide our customers with the very best service we can. Gaining more training where we lack, being able to go above and beyond, when it's needed. And being able to bring our customers THE very best service we can deliver.

My Goal for RS Property Maintenance Cornwall Ltd is to become the go-to company for customers, their friends, and family.
I always say to our customers, think of us as the John Lewis of property Maintenance. Not always the cheapest but by far the best in terms of service, quality, and reliability.

Mike is a true family man at heart. He is honest, loyal, and very hard working. He enjoys seeing our customers' projects change into their visions.

Mike loves his motorbike, and to be fair, anything on wheel's. He is highly motivated, Thus ensuring all projects are well managed and communicated.

His favourite part of being in business is being self employed, and able to work around the customers' schedules whilst ensuring our own family time is well utilised.

Mike's Goal for RS Property Maintenance Cornwall Ltd is to become a recognised, trusted company that people can rely upon to help with their property issues.

Just thought we would reintroduce ourselves since we have had a few new customers and followers.

Myself (Laura) and Mike (My husband) set up RS Property Maintenance Cornwall after moving here and seeing a gap in the Market for a almost one stop shop for customers needing help with their property maintenance and cleaning.
Mike absolutely LOVES anything on wheel's, motorbikes, quads, cars and even his mate henry.
I myself I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I enjoy time on our stunning beaches and holidays abroad. We are both massive foodies and enjoy a cheeky Gin in the sun.
As for work we pride ourselves on our work and enjoy getting to know our customers and their specific needs. Some of our regular customers have been with us from the very start and we have great working relationships with them all.
