Morning everyone.
A little post about how you can pay once your ironing is done.
I will present you with a detailed invoice either before or at drop-off. If I have your email I will send it to you this way.
You can pay in a few ways.
Either by cash, cheque, bank transfer or card payment as I have my own machine.
Payment will be expected upon hand over of your items.

This is quite an important one.......
What would be the best way for you to collect my order to be Covid safe ?

We would appreciate your clothes to be in a lidded box, with your name and address on. Hangers will be ok in a carrier bag.
We will contact you to let you know what time we are collecting, and will pick up from your doorstep.
We will not come into your property unless absolutely necessary, but will always wear a mask.
Plus, if you want to, you are welcome to drop it to me and collect when ready.

Do I collect/drop-off orders ?

Yes we run a collection and drop-off service free within a 3 mile radius from us in Nanpean.
Outside of this area there will be a small charge.
Plus you are always welcome to drop-off and pick up yourself.

Please have your Items ready in a lidded box for collection.
Unless otherwise informed, I will aim to return to you within 48hrs
