Waldon Security is pleased to be working with TEC Construction and Wave Services on this amazing project, supporting the safe and secure delivery of works throughout.

Our team helped ensure site safety during extensive structural alterations and roofing works, which have transformed the communal area into a brighter, more open and welcoming environment for residents.

The project included an extended lobby to create a larger entrance space, along with new glazing, lighting, flooring, doors, and a modern air conditioning system. Full redecoration has also been completed throughout.

Residents can now enjoy a refurbished reception area and a brand-new bar, alongside improved landscaping to the front of the building that enhances the overall arrival experience.

A great example of collaboration on a live environment project, delivering a modern, comfortable and inviting space for residents while maintaining safe and secure operations throughout.
