We are not perfect.....

On social media, you get a lot of service-based companies stating that they are the best, they don't have issues with people, and their technology is the best.

Unless they are using robots that don't malfunction you are always going to get some issues when you are a people-lead services provider.

That being said it was great to have another successful SLA today with an 100% SLA score.

It's great to be shouting about the good things we do without saying we are the best the world as ever seen.

If you do the basics well everything else will fall in place.
