What a busy week it has been.

Tuesday we had Day 1 of Leading Change, Improving care,

Yesterday it was day 5 of Lead to Succeed .

Today it was the first delivery of Businesses Skills; Governance and Regulation. And what a fantastic first day we had. I was excited to facilitate this course as a lot of work had gone into the design of it, but I never expected to 1) laugh so much
2) so many feeding back that they had fun ( whilst learning lots about Governance:).

Today was the last day of the current Lead. To Succeed. It is always sad when a course finishes, but so rewarding to see how they are using the leadership skills they’ve developed in practice.
Every group I work with is different but hand on heart they all bring something different.
I look forward to working with many of you again on Well Led.

Cheshire West ruling over turned by the Supreme Court today.
No doubt we will get more information as to what this will mean for practice in the coming days.

Severely disabled people can now consent to care arrangements, Supreme Court rules

The judgement, which was triggered by a case brought by the attorney general for Northern Ireland, will apply across the UK.
