June already! No idea where this year is going, but it certainly doesn't seem to be slowing down! 😅

The last few weeks have been a bit of a blur of client work, projects, coffee, dog walks and recovering from a 100km race!

Throw in the Coastguard pager going off every now and then, and it's safe to say no two days are ever quite the same.

It's busy, sometimes a little chaotic, but honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way.

Now, can someone please arrange for the heatwave to make its way to Cornwall this week? I think we'd all appreciate it!

Don’t worry… I am still here 😅

I’ve just been a bit quiet on here for the past few months because I’ve been concentrating on my clients and, if I’m honest, my own social media hasn’t exactly been top of the list!

Anyway… I’m still here, just a bit quieter than usual 😂 I’ve actually got loads I could share, I just need to get back into the habit of actually posting it.

Still making sure I get out for a run and a coffee though… a bit of time out goes a long way ☕️🏃🏼‍♀️ especially with a big 100km event coming up in a couple of weeks!

What’s everyone else been up to lately? I’ve been in my own little bubble 😅

Last post in August… where has this year gone?!

It’s been a super busy one behind the scenes, and before I knew it, Christmas was suddenly here.

I just wanted to pop on and say a huge thank you to everyone who’s supported Your Office Pixie this year, whether you’ve worked with me directly, followed along quietly, or recommended me to someone else. It really does mean a lot.

This year has been full-on in the best way, and I’m incredibly grateful for the lovely clients and opportunities that have come my way.

I hope you all have a really lovely Christmas, manage to slow down a little, and get some proper time off before the New Year begins.

Wowsers, how has it been so long since I last said hi on here!

I now feel that I am only on here to make this announcement, which to be fair is probably true! The pixie office has just been so busy, I haven't had time to do my own socials 🤦‍♀️, but I did have to hop on quickly for this one!

I woke up this morning to a very exciting email - I have once again been nominated in the The West Country Women Awards for "The Best Supporting Act"

Business has been booming since the start of the year, more than ever, so to receive this recognition, once again, is amazing!

A big thank you to whoever it was for the nomination. Just a nomination means so much!

Now for me to try and find time to post on here more regularly 🤦‍♀️

Fridays can feel like a race to the finish line—trying to tie up loose ends, clear your inbox, and get things sorted before the weekend. But instead of ending the week in a rush, here’s a simple habit that can make a huge difference:

✨ Friday Reflection & Reset ✨

Before you log off today, take 10 minutes to:

✅ Celebrate the wins – Big or small, what went well this week? Recognising progress keeps motivation high.

✅ Review the to-do list – What didn’t get done? Can it be delegated, scheduled for Monday, or removed altogether?

✅ Set one priority for next week – Choosing a key focus now makes Monday feel more manageable.

✅ Declutter the workspace – A clear desk (or inbox!) = a clear mind for the week ahead.

Running a business is full-on, but taking a moment to reset can help you feel more in control and start next week on the right foot.
