If your answer is yes, then our new Women's Situational Awareness and Self-Defence course is for you!

The 2-day event will be taken by Maroon Consultant Sean Petralia and Black Rock's head coach, Josh Ozanne.

Sean is ex-military and UK government who is specialised in working within challenging and demanding environments. Josh specialises in mixed martial arts, kickboxing, self-defence and weapons training.

The course will focus on situational awareness and the fundamentals of basic self-defence concepts. It will take place on Saturday 21st January & Sunday 22nd January.

✅ Day 1 - You will learn to identify danger and suspicious activity within your environment and the resources you need to stay safe and avoid trouble. (4 hours). Located at Rue Maingy scout headquarters.

✅ Day 2 - You will learn practical self-defence systems that align with the specific environments learnt about on day one. (4 hours) located at Granite.fit Gym lowlands industrial estate.
