Another great day in Cornwall today rescuing groomers hard working tools around Newquay and Perranporth.

These Andis zr2 clippers were working hard, but kept being reluctant to switch on, and after a short discussion with the groomer the decision was made.. get them serviced along with the blades and scissors.. well, the pictures tell the tale.

The switch in circuit board was the main issue, but also was clearly full of hair, along with a broken blade hinge spring, and damaged case.

All sorted now though and back to working as hard as its owner…
All at the groomers door, all parts stocked, all problems solved 👍🥳

Wow, was another warm day today in Plymouth.
The back of the yellow van was toasty. Now I know how the mobile dog groomers feel, such as my wife 😘
Made a visit to an aptly named dog grooming parlour.. All Wrinkled Out, as was i, wrinkled with perspiration, but keeping my cool 😎
Thank you Kate for the invite.

Managed to correct some scissor blades and even put some clipper blades back into action that were previously written off as no good🤔
Then popped next door for a Chinease, well to help out with their knives at least. Sadly they were closed for food or there would have been a taster session for sure.

How Kate can work next door and stay so trim, lord only knows.

WOW.. what a busy month October was, and already we’re pacing well into November with much needed
Dog Groomer Support Sessions.

I’ve had everything from dropped favourite scissors, poorly sharpened correction work, clipper servicing and fault diagnosis, right through to suddenly failing dryers needing speedy attention and of course servicing as a prevention of failure 👍
