Thinking about a care home for a parent doesn't mean you've failed.

This is something I wish more families knew.

There can be so much guilt around the idea of a loved one moving into a care home.

Families can feel that they should somehow be able to manage everything themselves.

But sometimes the right care home can provide:

• Greater safety

I offer practical help at home and friendly companionship.

Helping with everyday household support, or errands and companionship — without regulated personal care, nursing or clinical services.

Hello to October my favourite month
