Russ Baleson is an experienced learning and development professional, designing and delivering training and coaching that supports behavioural change. I make a difference by ensuring that behavioural change takes place. I focus on training the individuals in a group by customising and continuously adjusting the content to both the company’s objectives, and to each delegate’s specific personal needs. My training is designed to impact on one’s whole-life experience. Interpersonal skills can’t be turned on when an individual goes to work. It have to be natural and integrated into one’s whole life to be genuine and sincere, and perceived as such. Before a workshop I ask for current, and desired behaviour. During a workshop I create a safe and comfortable environment to engage and challenge people to higher levels of personal awareness, understanding, and performance. My aim is to engage and stretch their thinking. After a workshop I usually follow up with selected individuals via Video Coaching and at the same time gather specific measurement data which I feed back to the organisation to show a return on investment.
