Built in 1968, Adgestone Vineyard is the oldest continuously operating commercial vineyard in England. Open 5 days a week to visitors during summer, we offer a comprehensive digital audio tour of the 10 acre vineyard and 5 subterranean cellars complete with a 20 minute wine tasting session where you'll learn how to impress your friends with your new expert wine knowledge and tasting technique. To complete your experience, we have a licensed cafe offering light lunches and sharing platters to be enjoyed al fresco. If you are looking for a real treat, why not stay a few days in our self-catering accommodation and enjoy your evenings under the stars with a bbq? We are open Wednesday to Saturday 10am-4pm, Sundays 11am-4pm. During summer we have live music at the weekends from 1pm-3pm.

Thank you so much to everyone who volunteered this harvest.
We picked 21 tonnes of the most amazing quality grapes in just 12 days (it normally takes at least a month) 🍇🍷♥️.

HARVEST VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 🍇🍷
Round three of harvest will be Friday 25th and Saturday 26th September when we’ll be picking the grapes to make our Something Blue w**e.
Full training will be given so no experience needed.
One day or both, just let us know which.

You just need to be capable of being on your feet all day and able to do a full day from 8.30am to 4pm (no half days).

We’ll provide coffee at the start of the day and a lunch with either bacon sandwiches or cheese sandwiches.
You’re then welcome to stay for a drink at the end and you can take away either two bottles of still w**e or one bottle of sparkling w**e… you choose which, as well as a gift voucher for two people to do a vineyard tour.
