💊 We’re Hiring: Prescribing Pharmacist
📍 Remote | PCN Setting
⏰ Full-time preferred – part-time considered for the right candidate
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Prescribing Pharmacist to join our team and work within a Primary Care Network (PCN) setting.
This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary primary care team and is confident managing patients independently within their scope of practice.
🌟 The ideal candidate will have:
✅ Current prescribing qualification and appropriate registration
✅ Strong clinical knowledge and excellent patient-centred care skills
✅ Good working knowledge of EMIS
✅ Previous PCN/primary care experience (ideally)
✅ Confidence working autonomously in a remote environment
✅ Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
✅ A proactive approach to medicines optimisation and patient care
