Cornwall Riding Centre We offer full & part livery, tailored to suit you & your horse’s needs. With an experienced instructor owner on-site.

Our indoor arena, with a Martin Collins activ-track surface, is available to hire, providing a safe and all-weather space for training. George Forrest is an AI qualified instructor based near Truro, Cornwall. George has trained and competed to Medium and Advanced levels in British Dressage, but more recently has been concentrating on his Eventing career with his own 2 horses. Cornwall Riding Centr

e offers a professional, no nonsense approach to the training of all horses, from breaking in to the competition horse. George's teaching style is straight forward and traditional yet affective, enabling him to teach beginners to the seasoned competitor.

🐴 Owning horses during a heatwave is basically paying premium subscription prices to participate in a group mental breakdown.

The horse is annoyed.
You’re annoyed.
The flies are absolutely thriving 🪰

You spend 45 minutes applying industrial-strength fly spray… only for your horse to roll in mud and stand beside the muck heap.

Fly masks?
Yesterday they were fine.
Today they’re apparently a hate crime.

One ear in. One ear out.
Horse reversing into a hedge while you whisper “please” through clenched teeth holding £30 worth of shredded mesh.

Every horse ignores the lovely shady field to stand shoulder-to-shoulder in the ONE swampy corner like it’s the hottest nightclub in town 🙃

Everyone’s sweaty, sunburnt, surviving on iced coffee and blind optimism while looking like exhausted Victorian peasants fighting airborne demons ☀️

Horse ownership really is magical 💕🐴

We’re hosting an indoor tabletop sale in our arena. It’s basically a treasure hunt… but with more saddle pads and less pirates.

Please can ALL VISITORS and HIRERS read the Arena Hire Terms and Conditions and sign to confirm that you have read and understood them. This only needs to be completed once, not on every visit.

For ALL ARENA BOOKINGS, please ensure that you sign in on EACH VISIT, using booking name.

If paying by cash, please place the payment in one of the provided envelopes, clearly labelled with the booking name, and post it in the post box.
