Late night service!! This customer was experiencing issues with her brush head not spinning, after a clean down and inspection was found that the motor was over arcing. Managed to get it working for the time being but advised replacement brush head will be needed, also filters to be ordered. Very happy customer saved buying brand new!!🙂
