📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE – COAL BAG WEIGHT (starting October 1st)

We’re making a small change to our coal bags. Going forward, our bags will be 40kg instead of 50kg.

This is due to the 50kg bags being too heavy to handle safely, along with changes to our new carriers. Reducing the weight will make the bags easier and safer to handle during loading, transport and delivery.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support! 🖤🔥

🔥 COAL PRICE UPDATE 🔥

We just wanted to explain why we are increasing our fuel prices.

Coal prices have been rising across the market due to a combination of higher international demand, tighter supply, increased energy and transport costs, and ongoing disruption to global energy markets.

These increased costs are feeding through the supply chain, meaning our own buying costs have also risen.

We’re doing everything we can to keep our prices as competitive as possible and we continue to review our buying costs regularly.

We really appreciate your continued support.

We would like to thank all customers for their patience over the last few weeks. Unfortunately a truck has been broken and obviously a vehicle never breaks down in the summer!
Hopefully we will be back to normal soon and deliveries will be on the days expected!
