An opportunity has arisen for HR advisor to join the existing team, the successful candidate must be willing to travel to other sites within the UK.

Reporting to and supporting the HR manager main duties will include but are not limited to:

Maintaining personal data in the central database, monitoring accuracy of local HR master data in sap in cooperation with local HR, maintaining salary and bonus review file and liaising with finance to support bonus payments, coordinating appraisal and target setting processes, supporting creation and maintaining organisational charts and job descriptions.

Must hold SSSTS card and full driving licence.

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the site, ensuring that all standards are adhered to, provide direction to all personnel including sub-contractors, ensuring that all reports and records are completed efficiently.

Rates of pay negotiable - £12.00 to £15.00 per hour.
