💛 MUMS & KIDS IS FINALLY HERE! 💛

After an overwhelming amount of interest, we are SO excited to officially announce the launch of our brand new Mums & Kids sessions at Sisters of Steel CIC 🌻

📅 Starting Saturday 20th June
⏰ 1PM
📍 New Beginnings Personal Training & Wellness Facility, Scunthorpe

Thanks to Pride in Place funding, we are creating a safe, supportive and welcoming space where mums and children can move, train and build confidence TOGETHER 💪💛

This isn’t just about childcare while mums work out… this is about families building healthy habits together, having fun together and creating positive experiences around fitness and wellbeing from a young age.

✨ Kids can join in too!
Our sessions include:
🏋️ Mini weights
🤸 Mini gym equipment
💛 Fun movement activities
🌻 Confidence building
👭 Community & connection

We are currently just waiting for some exciting new children’s equipment to arrive and we honestly cannot wait to get started!

Saturday morning starting at 10am we will be doing an outside session at the market square. We will be putting a ring up . This will be a great opportunity for anybody from crowle to meet the coaches and maybe have a little go on the pads. Please share
