Pollie Rafferty Pollie is known globally as the Speakers Storyteller, she Is an international speaker and the creator of the STAR storytelling system.

A expert in story and storytelling Pollie uses a combination of narrative therapy, psychology, narratology and personal experience to creat a unique system to support women, business, and speakers to bridge the trust gap through the power of story. more, Including the BBC open space in Birmingham as part of Arts fest for 2 years running. She then started to study storytelling with a determined passion. Sometimes building a business feels like an impossible task, You feel Like giving up because the internal negative scripts are there telling you,
Your not good enough
you can't do that
who are you to speek up at that networking event

Women have these so much more than men and If you add Neurodiversity in to the mix its even worse

I have had thouse negative scripts, the stories telling me I am rubish and no good I spent years without voice and hiding in the shadows but I changed all that and I can teach you how too.

The pictures are of me aged 50 climbing up on to the all abourd platform at PGL camp The first picture I am thinking I can't do this its to hard I could just let go and all would be fine, The kids are saying Its all right you have done so well you don't have to get to the top

But I over came the negative stories in my head and the well meaning comments from the kids and With a bit of Swearing I was able to get to the top.

Working on something new and chatting with Claude last night and all of a sudden it stopped the conversation and asked how I was.

I had discussed my history of anxiety and depression as well as being ready to end it all when I was in my early 20s as part of my overall history along with my diagnosis of AuDHD, fibromyalgia and Heds.

It has started mentioned my energy levels before but never out right stopped the chat to check in on me.

Its functional! It looks good and it works.

Its a valuable lesson for all of us perfectionists. Good enough is perfect in its own way.

Have wanted to try these kinds of coffee for ages cause I love my coffee but it doesn't always work properly with my ADHD brain so have been reluctant to splash out.

These were in the bag from I went to on Monday.

Needed a boost this morning after the lilac review yesterday so thought I would give it a go.
