🚛 CLASS 2 SHUNTER DRIVER – HOUGHTON-LE-SPRING 🚛

We’re currently looking for a Class 2 Shunter Driver for a temporary position based in Houghton-le-Spring.

📍 Location: Houghton-le-Spring
🏭 Work: Shunting between Rainton Bridge & Nissan
⏰ Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
🔄 Shift Rotation:
• Week 1 – 06:30 start
• Week 2 – 16:00 start
• Rotating weekly

Duties include:
✅ Pushing cages onto the vehicle
✅ Securing the load safely and correctly
✅ Delivering load to Nissan
✅ Shunting between Rainton Bridge and Nissan
✅ Carrying out all duties in line with site and safety procedures

💷 Pay: £16.53 – £17.37 per hour

Fleet Coordinator Required!

40 hours per week. 8am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday. £29,548 per annum.

Based at Hendon, Sunderland

Role will include scheduling vehicle servicing, maintenance and inspections.
Keeping fleet records up to date.
Coordinating vehicle repairs with internal and external suppliers.
Assisting in planning repair work to minimise vehicle downtime.
Providing general administrative support to the Fleet Manager.
Providing cover for the Fleet Manager during periods of annual leave.

We need someone with strong organisational and communication skills, who has previous administrative experience and a high level of accuracy.

Previous experience within fleet, transport or an automotive environment would be advantageous.
