🌙 As the nights draw in and the weather becomes cooler now is the perfect time to wash your winter duvet’s ready for snuggling up in

💵 From as little as £17 your duvet is washed, sanitised and dried, then aired.

🐜 Why wash your duvet?
Overtime your duvet accumulates sweat, dead skin cells, body oils and even dust mites.

We wash at a minimum of 60’ to eliminate all of these, treat with an antibacterial sanitiser and dry to ensure your bed is clean and safe

We have been made aware that the electronic signs on the approach to Holy Island are showing the incorrect information.

The correct times are shown below, safe crossing and the only time you should attempt to drive across the causeway is in GREEN, do *NOT* attempt to cross during the times in red.

❓ Why choose the Laundry Lodge for your holiday home bedding?

🧺 We are the only laundry in Seahouses, we employ local staff who live within 10 minutes of the laundry. Therefore you truly are supporting the local community, which can suffer in such a tourist heavy area.

We don’t batch wash anything, your laundry has an individual bag and a designated area for drying at every step of its journey.

Our linen is all washed at a minimum of 40 degrees, with specialist stain treatments available.

We only use Professional detergents, both Non bio and bio are available; so sensitive skin is not an issue.

☀️ When the Great British Weather allows we line dry, this not only prolongs the life of your linen it smells so fresh having been dried right here on the coast.

Every piece of linen is hand ironed on our roller machines. So each and every piece is inspected before being folded and made ready for collection.

Have an issue on changeover day? Dirty duvet, coffee spill on a sofa cover or throw? Not an issue, we are here, in Seahouses and can do same day turnarounds.

Due to a very sudden bereavement within the team of our sister company Home from Home, our laundry staff have been redeployed to assist with cleaning and supporting the family of our friend and colleague.

This means that at times the laundry may be unmanned more than normal.

Please bare with us, it is almost business as usual.

☔️ 🌧️ It’s wet, it’s miserable but at least our gardens will get a good water! ☔️ 🌧️

Did you know we have pay per use Tumble Dryers? £5 for 40 minutes.

Huge 15kg machines, swallow a large load of spun laundry in 40 minutes, in it goes wet out is comes nice a dry! Quick as that. If you’re lucky I might even offer a cup or tea or coffee!

Come keep me company whilst I tackle this tiny ironing pile today!
