💜🤍A little update going forward 🤍💜

From now on, all rugs will need to be paid for in full before they are returned to their owners.

This is not a decision we have made lightly, but unfortunately, due to a small number of outstanding payments, we feel this is the fairest way to protect our business and ensure things continue to run smoothly for everyone.

We really appreciate your understanding and continued support. Unfortunately, it’s one of those situations where the actions of a small minority have meant we’ve had to make a change that applies to everyone. 🥲

Thank you, as always, for your support and understanding. 💜
