Location: Kolymbari Office
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time | Office-based (No Remote Work)

What You'll Actually Be Doing:
You'll be the central hub keeping multiple businesses running like clockwork:
Be the friendly first voice – answering calls, taking detailed messages, and making clients feel valued
Master multiple CRM systems – updating records, AI management, managing client portfolios, and keeping everything organised
Manage calendars like a pro – booking appointments and coordinating schedules using smart online tools
Respond to enquiries – via email, phone, and live chat with professionalism and warmth
Stay on top of correspondence – ensuring nothing slips through the cracks

Who We're Looking For:
Technically fearless – you're not intimidated by new software. In fact, you enjoy the challenge
A quick learner – you pick up new systems fast and love figuring things out
Detail-oriented – accurate typing, flawless spelling and grammar, and an eye for the small stuff
A natural multitasker – managing multiple client accounts & CRM systems? No problem
An excellent communicator – friendly, professional, and clear in writing and speaking
Proactive and positive – you don't wait to be told what to do; you see what needs doing and get on with it
Small business mindset – you understand that in a small team, everyone wears multiple hats and pitches in where needed
Cherry on the cake: Social media savvy – you're fluent and confident to control social platforms and engage with online communities- Facebook, Instagram, Canva, Mail Chimp & more - All experience is welcome

Must-Haves:
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Full flexibility – Monday to Friday + pro rata Saturdays, with overtime as needed
