🌟An End of an Era & A Brand New Chapter 🌟
Today is a truly bittersweet day for the entire team. As we look back on an incredible 3 year journey & all the wonderful staff who have been part of our story along the way, we are saying a public farewell & a massive thank you to our two amazing bosses, Paul and Tony.
While their roles looked very different, their leadership has been the backbone of everything we do.
🥂 To Paul: An Incredibly Caring Leader
Paul is officially embarking on a well deserved retirement. While his visits to the building were occasional, his impact on us was immense. Paul has been a deeply caring boss who always put his people first, consistently supporting team members through personal and health challenges with genuine kindness.
Paul, the entire team wishes you the absolute happiest, most relaxing retirement. Thank you for always having our backs.
💼 To Tony: The Mastermind Behind the Scenes
A huge, heartfelt thank you to Tony, our Operations Manager. While Tony only worked inside the building once a week, he was on the phone with us daily, keeping the wheels turning. Our Coffee Lounge staff may have been the public face of the building, but Tony was the man behind the scenes, flawlessly booking in our co-workers, coordinating events, and managing the logistics that kept us thriving. Tony, your dedication & brilliant operational management have meant the world to us. We wish you nothing but the absolute best in your next chapters.
We have been incredibly lucky to work under both of you. As our Coffee lounge staff moves forward together into this next phase we carry your guidance, support, and standard of excellence with us.
