R6 was totally renovated in January of this year, having previously been one big space. We have been blown away by the interest in these units and now there is only two remaining.

R6b is the smaller of the two at 277 square feet. R6d is larger at 338 and the space is split between two spaces with an internal door.

Both share the lovely R6 facilities - including a shower and large kitchen area.

Will you be the next faces to join this lovely bright space?

Feeling hot in your current work space?? Well R2b is currently (17:21 Wednesday 24th June) sitting around the 22 - 23 degrees temperature! Even the estate office can't get close to that at 29!

Other than being nice and cool in this heatwave - it provides excellent space. It has level access to the outside via two sets of double doors which means its easy to bring goods in and out. It also has a brand new kitchenette area and access to the shared toilets on the corridor above (accessed by internal stairs).

It has high ceilings and two windows with internally operated electric roller shutters.

📸 Sheaf Bank Works, Heeley, Sheffield, pictured after the fire which destroyed it, in April 1921. The blaze, on April 23 that year, has been described as the largest ever peacetime fire in the city.

Sheffield’s population more than tripled between 1851 and 1951, from 161,475 to 577,050, during the steel industry’s boom days.

It then fell to 513,234, as the collapse of heavy industry saw people leave in search of jobs elsewhere, before recovering to 556,500 in 2021, when the last census took place.

These pictures chronicle the remarkable changes in population across a century and a half, from 1851 to 2001, as the population first exploded and then shrank slightly.

They show how the streets have changed over the years, as traffic grew and the tram system expanded, before being axed as car ownership soared, and then revived in the 1990s.

Not seen on the market for more than 10 years!!

A super rare gem is currently available. It is 530sqft of direct external access. Three distinct areas with its own internal toilet and kitchen make this a smashing space.

It could be ideal for a hobby workshop - single phase electrics limit size of machines.

With an electronic roller shutter it could also work as a lock up.

Could this be your next space??

And just like that, the last space on the R1 Corridor is let. 😀

It's welcoming its new business in the next couple of days, but we are so pleased with the transformation of this space. The light bright finish and new kitchenette are top drawer! Lucky new tenant!!

We do have one other ground floor unit that is somewhat similar - R2b, so if this would have been ideal for you, please get in touch!

R6e - Due to a change in circumstances this lovely little unit is now available! It was previously let before we even had time to advertise it.

It has 110 square feet of space, which makes it an ideal single person unit. It could be good for a therapy room, office, meeting space or anything else on a compact scale.

It will cost £223.30 per month, plus separately metered electricity. On the corridor there is access to a shared kitchen, toilets and a shower!

One not to miss as we don't have many of these small spaces!
