Sheffield 10k complete today and my charity to support Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust

A massive congrats to Melissa Broughton on her first 10k today too. Iā€™ve hear how much sheā€™s been running and training this year when weā€™ve been in the office.

A great awards night to attend with Manor Farm, Oldcotes Abi Priestley and the team.

Community Engagement and Business Person of the year were the two awards collected.

This has been a great project to work on and to see some awards coming in already just shows the work done so far.

Manor Farm Oldcotes mission to be a ā€˜Destination Placeā€™ is something weā€™ve created and will work towards on.

Today was one of the best sessions this year.

5 months after the first meeting and 4 months into the Manor Farm Oldcotes marketing strategy overhaul led to our first tenant engagement session.

A big part since coming in as the Marketing Strategist here was suggesting to Abi Priestley we have a tenant day and build it into our Phased Marketing Plan to accelerate it quicker.

So far weā€™ve actioned:
-Marketing audit and strategy (9 months)
-A rebrand and new website
-Paid ads funnel strategy - 2300% ROAS in 8 weeks.
-Full systems and CRM optimisation
-New bookings and payments system
-Staff sales and customer training
-Tenant engagement session

This has been one of the quickest and most actioned plans Iā€™ve created and worked on this year with Abi and the whole team involved.

Now to see about winning some awards Friday night. šŸ†

Youā€™ve got to track your enquiries and use that data. šŸ“Š

Recently weā€™ve been able to work on the lead gen with this clients marketing and new website going live and have already seen more email enquiries.

But a big part of new enquiries is knowing where and when theyā€™ve come from.

This still goes to show when you make ads and a new website go live and post content there are things highlighted that need more work.

This time itā€™s improving tracking of the new leads.

A great year so far working in our 4th year on socials, ads and website with this client.
