I'm inviting you to a one-off workshop I'm running through Wise Crowds, running this time on a trial 'pay as you feel' basis. Wed 22nd Nov,12:30-16:30, Sheffield City Centre.

This workshop aims to build your confidence and skills in hosting effective meetings, group work, or decision-making processes by teaching you practical tools and techniques to establish foundations of trust, effectively facilitate and plan meetings, include everyone in decision-making, tackle objections and conflict with confidence, and other cool stuff too.

The workshop runs on Wednesday 22nd November, from 12:30 to 16:30 PM, in Sheffield City Centre (Venue TBC). And, has a 'pay as you feel' set up

I'm really excited to put this back out there and show people some tools that have genuinely reinvigorated my work.

My attempt to summarise the simple (or wildly complex depending on how far you push it) three step process I try to take into every meeting and discussion. Its logical, inclusive, and a dark art if you can master it. I challenge you to give it a go this week. Let me know how you get on! Really, I want to know.
