We’re delighted to announce Office Friendly and Integra’s merger has been officially approved by shareholders and will therefore go ahead. The official transfer will take place at the beginning of July at which point the BLOC Group will be formed, with Jeanette Caswell taking up the role of Managing Director and Aidan McDonough, the role of Chairman.

The integration process is already in motion, with both organisations working towards a smooth transition. A further statement will be made once the official transfer has been completed.
