The beauty of a bike comes from how it works, how it’s made, and how it feels — not from decoration.

Every detail on this frame exists for a reason — structurally, mechanically, or in how it rides. Nothing is added for effect.

The result is a quiet bike that reveals itself over time, in use, and in understanding.

Master patterns for various frame sizes and a finished carbon tool ready to make parts.

UK brands love to slap “Designed in the UK” on their frames.

It sounds meaningful. It isn’t.
Design can happen anywhere — on your laptop at home, in a café on holiday or even on a boat in international waters.

The real value only shows up when something is actually made. Supporting authentic UK manufacturing keeps skills, knowledge, and craft alive, instead of offshoring the hard work while still leaning on the “UK” label to suggest credibility and quality.

At the end of the day, “UK-designed” is largely meaningless flim flam — Where a frame is actually made is what really matters: that’s where skill, craft, and responsibility live.

As 2025 ends, thank you.

To everyone who’s helped, offered support, or sent a kind word — I am genuinely grateful.

This prototype has been a huge undertaking. Normally it would take a team — design, engineering, tooling, composites, assembly, testing. Doing it alone has been intense, and every message, insight, or bit of encouragement has made a real difference.

2026 is when this frameset moves into production.

Not a watered-down prototype, but exactly what it was always meant to be: built around engineering intent, careful material choice, and proper craft — showing what UK frame building can achieve at the intersection of traditional skill and cutting edge advanced engineering.

Next year frames will be made one at a time, in limited numbers - a small number of people will ride something genuinely unique. Designed, engineered, and made right here in the UK, without shortcuts or compromise.

2026 is just the beginning.

Carbon provides stiffness and direct power transfer exactly where you need it, which is why it’s the ideal material for the bottom bracket and chainstays.

Titanium adds subtle compliance, smoothing the road and making the bike feel alive.

This isn’t carbon wrapped around a preform or bladder and thrown into a tool like 99% of carbon bikes. This head tube lug is laid up by hand, ply by ply, with controlled debulks throughout the process to pull the air out and properly consolidate the laminate. The result is a void-free, wrinkle-free part before it even reaches the autoclave.

Most composite frames get buried under paint and filler to hide the inconsistencies. The prototype we showed at Rouleur with didn’t have a drop of paint or a gram of filler — just carbon and titanium. When the engineering is right and the process is controlled, you don’t need to cover anything up
