After two years of hard work, the book is finally ready for release!

Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of engaging with hundreds of owner-operators and founders, navigating the challenges of business growth. Together, we have spent over 10,000 hours discussing growth, leadership, and scaling. One question consistently emerged:

Why do some businesses grow and scale successfully while others stall?

Through these conversations, I discovered that the difference often lies not in intelligence or experience, but in the questions being asked. Founders need to inquire about their business model, their team, themselves, and whether their business is truly prepared to scale.

This book is a compilation of the essential questions every founder should consider before scaling. These questions have the potential to change the trajectory of a business when posed at the right moment.

As part of the book launch week, anyone who purchases a copy this week will receive a second signed copy at either our 90-day planning event on Friday, March 27th, or at the official book launch on Monday, April 20th.

I genuinely would love to see you in person at either the 90-day planning event on March 27th or the book launch on April 20th (details to follow next week).

A family tradition…

For the past 20 years, around this time, I’ve always set goals for the year ahead, made it visual and placed them somewhere I can see everyday as a reminder of why I’m doing what I’m doing.

For years now, me, my wife & our kids get together to review what we achieved from the previous year & sit and talk about who we want to become in the year ahead, experiences we want to share & things we aim to achieve throughout the year.

It’s become a tradition, something we all look forward to doing, to reflect, to grow & to share, together. It’s become one of the most important things to us & something I would highly reccomend any family doing. Not just to write down the things you want but to create the space to think, talk & bond as a family.

So from me and mine to you and yours, here’s to a prosperous 2026.
