So, who else could you meet when you walk through the doors at Electric Works tomorrow?

There’s Matt Shaw, founder of ProAP One Page Planning, helping businesses turn big priorities into clear, focused plans.

James Dudson, co-founder of Sheffield-based HOMEi, will be sharing the tech they’re using to make things simpler for renters and landlords.

You can also meet Frank Ashton, who supports businesses to take technical ideas and turn them into commercial opportunities.

Sean Clarke, Business Sheffield Adviser, will be there to talk about improving energy and carbon performance, the Low Carbon Grant Scheme and how to put together a strong grant application.

And look out for Rob Lawley from Business Sheffield and Dean Hughes from Invest Sheffield, who’ll be there to talk business support, funding, innovation and growth.

Something exciting is coming back to Sheffield this Christmas…

The Business Sheffield Pop-Up Store returns to Leah’s Yard this November, and you could be part of it.

If you’re a Sheffield maker, creative or independent business that makes or creates the products you sell, this is your chance to take your products from your workspace to the shop floor.

Selected businesses will get free retail space to showcase what they create, meet new customers and experience selling from a physical space.

Expressions of Interest close at 12 noon on 2 November.

What a night!

We had a brilliant time at the Sheffield Business Awards yesterday, catching up with familiar faces, making new connections and celebrating the fantastic businesses in our city.

And we had plenty to cheer about. Five businesses we’ve supported took home awards! We’re so proud to see their hard work recognised and to have played a part in their journeys.
