This past week, our colleagues across our Leeds, Manchester and Sheffield offices came together to enjoy our latest office socials 🎉

While we're passionate about delivering great work for our clients, we're equally committed to creating opportunities for our people to connect, unwind, and get to know one another beyond the workplace.

Exciting news - we’re now officially supporting the Manchester Digital T-Connect programme 🎉

This initiative plays a vital role in bridging the gap between education and industry - helping to develop the next generation of digital talent right here in Manchester.

A huge thank you to our incredible team - Daniel Jones, Emily Birley, Hasib Ahmed, and James Whiteley - for mentoring and supporting students throughout their placements 👏

Early talent has never been more important, and programmes like this are key to building a stronger, more inclusive tech ecosystem.

At Nimble Approach, we believe the things our people care about outside of work matter too - which is why we created Nimble Gives Back ❤️

Our initiative was designed with a simple goal: helping us give back to the communities we work in while empowering our people to support causes close to their hearts.

Through grants, fundraising initiatives, charity challenges, volunteering days and community support, our team has helped raise awareness and support charities making a real difference.

From supporting local organisations to backing incredible causes like Breast Cancer Now, CALM, Crohn’s & Colitis UK, Group B Strep Support and St Luke’s Hospice, we’ve seen firsthand the impact that collective action can create.

And with every volunteering day used, challenge completed, and cause championed, our people continue bringing Nimble Gives Back to life 👏

Last night was a fantastic reminder of the power of bringing product communities together 👏

We loved hosting ProductTank Manchester as sponsors and welcoming so many people for an evening of insight, conversation, and networking.

Our very own Adam Dadswell joined Niall Morrison to share lessons and reflections from Betfred’s shift towards more product-led ways of working - a transformation we’ve been partnering on closely over the last year.

The session covered practical changes around moving from outputs to outcomes, introducing more discovery-led thinking and creating greater focus on customer problems. It also touched on an important reality: progress is rarely linear, and lasting change takes time.

Alongside insightful talks from Alice Rothwell and Rob Balderstone, the evening sparked plenty of interesting conversations.

A special thank you to Andy Birds and Michael Palmer for organising another successful event, and thanks to everyone who attended and contributed to the discussion!

We’re pleased to share an important milestone in our work with the public sector.

Nimble Approach has been awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Technology Services 4 (TS4) framework, Lot 5A.

TS4 offers a clear and compliant route for public sector organisations to access support across application development, data and digital transformation, and technology consultancy - helping teams engage the right partners and move at pace.

At Nimble, our focus remains on shortening time to value, helping teams turn ideas into impact faster. Whether improving existing services or building new, user-centred digital products, we’re looking forward to continuing our work with departments and public bodies across the UK to deliver secure, reliable, and accessible services for the people who rely on them.
