Last week, we were delighted to welcome Keziah to our Manchester office for a week of work experience.
At Nimble, we're passionate about investing in early talent and creating opportunities for young people to explore careers in technology and consulting. It's especially important to us that we continue encouraging more young women to see the tech industry as a place where they can thrive.
Rather than simply observing, Keziah experienced what life in a consultancy is really like. Throughout the week, she explored everything from the differences between consultancy and in-house roles, to how we market our expertise, engage with clients, and solve complex business challenges. The week concluded with Keziah presenting her reflections and key learnings on consultancy to the team.
