We are delighted to introduce Mandy Parker, Partner and co-founder of The Arker Group Ltd.
Mandy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and an IOSH member. She holds a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management and the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. A qualified counsellor and member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS), Mandy brings an additional depth of understanding to her work with individuals, managers and organisations.
Her experience spans the full breadth of the people profession, from developing HR strategy and strengthening people practices to organisational change, employee relations, mentoring and leadership development. Mandy is also a tutor and End Point Assessor for HR and People Professional standards, as well as an experienced trainer delivering practical, engaging learning for individuals, managers and teams.
Mandy combines commercial insight with a genuine passion for people, guided by a simple belief: helping everyone to be the best they can be.
At The Arker Group, Mandy works with organisations to strengthen HR and people practices, develop managers and leaders, navigate change and build positive, high-performing cultures. Her approach is practical and commercially focused, helping businesses put the right structures, skills and support in place for both their people and organisation to thrive.
Outside work, Mandy loves travelling and exploring new places with her husband, Matt, and spending time with family. She’s also an interiors enthusiast, with usually a project or two on the go! A lover of vintage finds, she enjoys restoring and upcycling old furniture. She also describes herself as a handbag enthusiast with no intention of seeking help! 🙂
