Bedroom organise, some before and afters of this lovely, bright room.
My client has been on quite a journey, and part of that journey was to have a bedroom that was a sanctuary for calm and peace.
We reorganised her drawers and wardrobe, not much to declutter here, a few old items of clothes that she no longer wears, but we unpacked beautiful clothes bought and never opened, and added these to the wardrobe. We swapped out all the shop hangers for slim metal ones that take less space and elevate the space to look really special.
Being on this journey has made her realise she’s very visual, she needs to see what she has in order to know she’s got it, so I organised everything so it’s clear, t shirts together, long and short sleeves in different spaces, jumpers together, trousers, jeans etc together but styles separate. I organised the colours to make choosing so much easier and quicker, and allow her to see exactly what she has.
She’s said that packing to go on holiday, a process she normally dreads, has become so much easier.
We tidied , and found places for everything, restored books to the bookcase, and arranged all her pretty things so they are seen and appreciated.
A calm room creates a calm mind this has a positive impact on a person’s mental health and wellbeing.
We all deserve to have an environment that makes us feel happy, comfortable and relaxed.
I’m delighted this is my job.
