Sometimes you have to play the puzzle game with the wedding dress alterations 🤔. In this case I have to make a train of the dress to be lifted for the dancing in the way like it is a same cascade of fabric on the back. With lots of hooks and snaps the desired effect was achieved 😅🥳 🧵🪡

Just wanted to share this little post and to ask the clients who are taking their precious dresses and garments to the people who don’t have enough experience to work with complicated fabric. Please don’t make the mistake and pay twice or ruin your garment if you’re not sure. Through my life experiences I saw this lots when friends want to help or relatives who have a sewing machine.
This is not as simple as they think. Behind every immaculate stitch is a years of experience and hard work. ☺️
This beautiful bridesmaid dress has been shortened by me and you could see the pictures and compares with two last photos where I have to remove the bottom layer of hemming which was done by other person. 🪡🧵

This flamboyant jacket went through the long waiting period of completion. When the lady owner brought me the package of bits and pieces and partly stitched by another person I really hesitated to take it on board. But this was a long time a dream jacket she wanted. I agree to finish it.
I hope now this jacket brings her a bit of comfort and happiness, specially in this bright colour scheme 🌸🌸🪡🧵🥰

To all my lovely followers, friends and Sheppertonians who need help with alterations. I am temporarily closed due to illness of my son in Ukraine. As soon as things get better, I will let you all know when I will be open for business again .

After great events with the Stylingyouwell Emma and the team, I have been inspired to do something for myself, at least 😁.
I love my pinstripe Zara jacket but my body changes a bit and I couldn’t give up on it. I had a lot of ideas for restyling it in my had, but my customers were always my priority ☺️.
This what I created now, and I think this will be most useful garment in my wardrobe.
I had removing sleeves and opened sides, plus added a belt. Now I have received stylish garment which I could wear in many different ways 🤗 What do you think lovely people? 😊🥰🪡🧵
