We are getting low in the shop and would prefer to reuse cardboard egg boxes then buying new ones.
If so please drop them off at our shop and we can give them a second life.

We had a successful hatch of chickens over the weekend. So successful, the chicks are spread over 2 indoor coops with nearly a full one just full of black copper marans which lay very dark brown eggs.

Our campsite is now open!!!
Set in a level lakeside meadow on a hillside, next to acres of woodlands.
Feet up, hot brew in hand and the Somerset countryside stretching out for miles ahead of you - spot King Alfred's Tower, Wesbury White Horse or Cranmore Tower.

The views keep on giving, as the three lakes are home to native wildlife like Canadian geese and herons.

Guests are welcome to come down (free of charge) and greet the animals at the rare-breed farm park. Animal feed can be purchased in the farm shop & cafe, which also sells local produce like milk, cheese, biscuits, fruit, logs, morning coffees and gas.

On-site playground equipment, sand pit, tyre swings keep young people entertained, with a traditional country pub 5 minutes' walk down the road, which can refresh you in the evenings.

If it's getting too hot to cook hot food, how about a ploughman's lunch, picnic in the park, or simple some cheese, pickles and crackers.

We got your sorted with lots of locally sourced cheeses such as Unpasteurised Cheese in Wincanton, cheddar cheeses from Cadbury, cheese from Ditcheat, cheese from Bruton.
