Being human means that we go through these levels as we build relationships. We can't 'make' someone like us but we know what we don't like, being ignored, disrespected, talked over, so DON'T do that... When do we start to believe someone? When they do what they say they will do, so do that! When does trust kick in? When you know that they are 'truly' listening to you and they give you honest feedback. You feel like they are just being themselves with no hidden agenda. Who do you trust and who trusts you?

How many times do we tell ourselves we're not as good as we 'should' be or someone else? Where does that come from? According to who? If we compare ourselves to others it's pointless, why? Because we are all unique and different, there will NEVER be another you EVER. Be happy with the skin you're in and love the fact that you are the BEST person at being you.

As we navigate through life trying to keep our balance on our imaginary tightrope, experience shows us that we can easily fall off. We may fall one side into despair and get the feelings of anxiety, worry, desperation the list is long..... or we fall the other side into arrogance, we believe we "know it all", get frustrated with others, disregard and take others for granted. Everyone has a safety net that allows them to get back onto the tightrope, if you know it's there it takes away the worry of falling off!

When we 'see' it's not what it seems..... it looks like our eyes are like cameras focusing an image onto our internal screen. BUT, that isn't what's really happening, our eyes are working more like projectors, images are being projected 'out there' creating a three dimensional representation of reality.
We see images that are 'real' when we are asleep so we don't even need eyes in that sense to see. Why?
