Happy ! We had so much fun partnering with the team from Cure It GRP Waterproofing System at their recent Charity Bike Build in the beautiful grounds of . 🏇

Robert from o3e told us, “The Cure It staff were a delight to work with. They all rolled up their sleeves and really went the extra mile to ensure that six brand-new bikes were built to an exceptional standard for our local charity, Chester Aid to the Homeless .” 🏠

The bikes are already benefiting vulnerable people in and around Chester who are experiencing homelessness, granting greater independence, improving wellbeing, and enabling them to across more opportunities in their area. 🚲

🎶 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗪𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻 #𝗡𝗮𝘀𝗵𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲, 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗲! 🎶

O3E have taken charity teambuilding stateside 🇺🇸 for the launch of our brand-new event, !

"Music City" was the perfect setting for the event which saw teams come together to create 32 adapted musical instruments, designed to make music accessible to those with physical disability or special learning needs. Throughout the session, participants built, programmed and artworked their instruments, and competed in musically-themed challenges to earn key components before showcasing their unique creations!

The instruments have since been donated to local charity Instruments For Education, which distributes musical instruments to schools across the Middle Tennessee area.

Charity representative, Troy Castellano, told us, "Giving the gift of music is so important. Not only does it bring enjoyment and self-confidence to a child, it opens up a whole new world of possibilities for learning and expression, and helps students to reach their full potential."

The team from Snap Inc had a blast designing and building one-of-a-kind skateboards at our latest event. 🛹

The beautifully-artworked boards skated their way straight to Coram's Fields charity, who have been a haven of play for children in Central London since 1936. The boards will be used by older children who attend the youth charity to teach and encourage their younger peers to enjoy the sport. 🧡

It takes no leap of the imagination to understand why our clients trust to deliver their team building objectives. We are the UK's only provider of 100% charity team building events; if it doesn't give back, we simply don't do it.

Throughout 2023, with the support of our clients, we have donated more than £370,000 in value of tangible items to charities, schools and social projects including, sports wheelchairs, children's play houses, beds, bikes, and much more.

Teams braved the rain on the streets of Oxford recently, completing hilarious photo challenges and solving clues about the history and landmarks of the city in our O3e BenevoHunt team-building challenge!

As the teams raced each other to be the first group to crack the final clue, they were also winning care pack items to support the fantastic work of The Link Foundation, who work across the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire community to provide the basic essentials that no child should be without.

Now, is making sure those care packs are reaching the Link Foundation so they can immediately benefit a baby and new mother in need. 👩🍼
