All of our customers pride themselves on the presentation of their Dancefloors... helping them command a very respectable hire charge fee and one that is worthy of all the hardwork involved... especially with seemingly so many people racing to the bottom with prices, which of course eventually leads to an unsustainable business model...!
Bride and Grooms are not aware of the differing qualities of a portable dancefloor... they just think hiring an LED floor is exciting and a fantastic addition for their party & First Dance photographs. They are not aware of the difference between a £250 floor and a £500 floor... of course they're going to go with the cheapest... they don't know..! Until of course it turns up on the day, looking scruffy with faulty panels! Its too late then! A professional supplier who maintains his floors meticulously has lost out on trade & income to someone who doesn't really care... that's not right and certainly not fair.
I'm trying to think of a solution to help alleviate this problem...
Maybe offer them 2 types of floor... one which looks dull, lifeless with faulty panels for £250 and the other type, bright, fully working and sparkles for £500... I'm pretty sure I know which one they'll book.
Most brides will dance on a white LED floor only once in their life... ever! So it needs to be perfect.
Believe in your service, your business and your dancefloor!
My team will always be here to help where we can... offer assistance and advice, not just from experience of repairing floors but also from 15 years of experience with hiring them.
