Just to let you all know...

As my customers (friends) know, I encourage drop off and collection of their models. Not only do they enjoy a cuppa, they also enjoy a chat.

I realise that many of us don't talk enough! We bottle things up! We let things choke us!
I want you all to know that if you need to talk, I'm here. No matter what is on your mind, there's no judgement here... the door is open and the kettle will be on.

If you need a pal, a shoulder to help you through I'm here. If you just want to come and lose yourself in model railways for a while, that's fine too.

A completely different weekend helping good friend and customer Doug to operate his German harbour layout 'Nordhafen" at the Neepsend Model Railway Society exhibition at Grenoside.
It was great to see what goes on behind the scenes at an exhibition from start to finish, making new connections and catching up with great friends. Operating the layout and running the fiddle yard to a strict sequence was great fun and demanding at the same time. Looking forward to future events.

Our 'OO' gauge model features a wide range of detail variations to reflect changes made across the ten locomotives between 1959 and 1980, including differences in sandbox and boiler water tank arrangements, bodyside grilles, underframe tanks, and boiler filler hatches.

Distinctive touches such as bufferbeam pipework, unique bonnet-top handrails on D4 Great Gable, and the slotted bodyside grilles fitted to D9 and D10 are also faithfully reproduced. 🤩

My latest order from West Hill Wagon Works includes Hunt Couplings, mile posts, BRUTE trolleys and packs of newspapers.

Ordered on Monday, arrived on Thursday, fantastic service. Following their recent statement regarding improvements to their turnaround time, I have no complaints at all with their service and superb products.
