On the 30th of October, "we would never tolerate that here" stops being an answer.
Employers move from taking reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment to taking all reasonable steps, and the duty now stretches to harassment from customers, suppliers and anyone else your team deals with.
Most of the business owners we speak to are decent people who assume their culture already covers this. The trouble is that culture is not evidence, and a policy sitting in a folder is not a defence.
