This week, we’re introducing Heny, our Quality Manager at FloPlast!

For almost a decade, Heny has played an important part in ensuring FloPlast products meet the high standards our customers expect.

From managing our quality systems and certifications to working closely with our technical teams, Heny’s role touches many areas of the business. A particular highlight has been helping secure WRAS certification for our FloFit+ range.

What does Heny enjoy most about FloPlast? The variety, the collaboration and, most importantly, the people he works alongside every day.

After 9.5 years, Heny’s experience, knowledge and commitment continue to make a real difference.

This week we’re introducing James Paul, our Quality Technician.

James plays an important role in maintaining the quality of FloPlast’s products. From testing materials in our quality control lab and checking incoming deliveries to supporting production, James helps ensure our products meet the high standards our customers expect.

Having started at FloPlast as a quality inspector, James has progressed into his current role, developing valuable experience across quality, production and operations.

“No two days are the same, and the role gives me the opportunity to work with teams across the business, from production through to exports. I really enjoy the problem-solving aspect of the job, being able to investigate, carry out testing and use the results to reach a conclusion.”
