One of the key questions for a Sales Growth Support organisation like ours should always be ‘show me the numbers’.

As an example, what is the targeted number of contacts (calls and emails) expected per hour on my project and how are they measured and reported?

We start with the market sector and the type/title of the person at your prospect company and go from there. As a good ‘rule of thumb’ if you can discuss your offer with an ‘influencer’ you should expect a higher strike rate than if it must be the ‘decision maker’. In many scenario either is suitable as you begin the journey along the Connect & Engage path.

Firstly, decide what you want to keep ‘in house’, then look and ask for evidence of effective process and transparency, not vague promises.
The Know - Like - Trust ethos is quite easy to achieve. Visit their website and ask around (Know). Talk to them or meet with them. Are they able to provide some form of ‘taster’ so that you can see what they do in a ‘live’ situation (Like). Make sure that your work together has clearly defined and written objectives and measurements (Trust).
