A while back, our MD Neil donated something a little different to a charity ball in aid of the Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance: a one hour scenic flight for two around Lincolnshire, piloted by Neil himself.

Congratulations to the successful bidders, who recently enjoyed their experience. Taking off from Wickenby, their flight took them over Lincoln Cathedral and the Humber Bridge, before following the coast down to Skegness – a spectacular view of the county from above.

We're delighted that this fantastic auction prize raised an incredible £1,000 for the Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance, helping to support the charity's vital life-saving work across the region.

In this video, Neil shares what it's been like watching his son, Henry, and daughter, Harriet, build their own careers and roles at Ramco.

From getting hands-on experience across our operations before thriving in business development, to helping grow our Operation Upcycle project from the ground up and getting it to where it is today, it's been great to see their confidence and skills grow.
