📢 Cross Country Schooling Clinic – A Few Spaces Available! 🐎

Our schooling clinic this Sunday, run by Nicki Ashworth, has a couple of last minute spare places available in the Cross Country sessions at 1pm and 2pm (70cm/80cm).

This is a fantastic opportunity to build confidence, develop your cross-country skills, and prepare for the season ahead.

🌅 Summer Solstice Evening Ride – Friday 26th June 🌅

We would love you to join us for our Summer Solstice Evening Ride on Friday 26th June (Non-jumping).

📍Craven Country Ride, BD23 4ED

Set off at your own pace between 4:00pm and 5:00pm and enjoy a fantastic 5.5-mile route across stunning farmland, with optional shortcuts available for those who prefer a shorter ride.

The course offers something for everyone, including:
🐎 Open spaces and beautiful views
🌲 Winding woodland tracks
💦 Water complexes
📍 Scenic viewpoints, including the Jubilee Viewpoint

Take a break and enjoy an ice cream at the Jubilee Viewpoint before finishing your ride with a complimentary glass of fizz in the clubhouse and catching up with friends.

🏵️ All riders will receive a rosette on completion.

🚗 Ample hard-standing parking available

🚿 Wash-down areas on site

It’s finally the weekend, and that means it’s time for some fun at Craven! ☀️🐴

The ground is good to go, with multiple types of jumps out on the ride, water complexes, plenty of uphill canters, open spaces, and woodland tracks to really test your horse’s senses.

There’s no need to pre-book. Simply send us a message with your estimated arrival time and pay when you get here.

Rain or shine, you can warm up by the Aga with a cup of coffee and a homemade ginger biscuit while you soak up the atmosphere.

With plenty of hard-standing parking and wash-down areas available, everything is set for a great day out.

A big thank you to everyone who came and joined us on a stunning evening for our Lead Rein & Beginner Ride.

The jockeys were all on great form and it was lovely to see so many new riders joining us and enjoying the course. We hope you all had as much fun as we did!

🌺 LEAD REIN & BEGINNER RIDE DAY INFORMATION 🌺

We are incredibly excited to welcome all of the riders on the event this evening. Some information for riders:

📍Craven Country Ride, BD23 4ED

🅿️ Upon arrival, please follow the marshal for parking. This is vital so everyone can be parked appropriately.

🅿️ Once you have parked, please report to the club house to sign in and collect your number. Toilets can also be found in there.

⏰ Riders can set off between 16:00- 17:00 only.

⛔️ WARNING: you must set off within this time otherwise you may be refused to start.

🚩 The course is mapped out using red and white flags; red to your right at all times. No rider should get lost as it is clearly marked.

🏵️ On completion, you will be presented with a rosette and wash down areas are available opposite the club house.

🍖The BBQ will be served in the clubhouse and extra food can be purchased, alongside cold/hot drinks (cash or card-‼️no transactions under £5‼️)
Non-riders can purchase food too.

We ask that all riders and people on the course respect each other. If you’re to pass a rider then please keep your distance and go outside of the flags to avoid any accidents. A gentle “coming past” may also be good to warn riders ahead.

☀️ The warm weather is coming and the course is looking better than ever! ☀️

All the jumps are out on freshly topped ground, providing a lovely surface to ride on. With lots of different options, there really is something for everyone.

It’s got to be some of the best off-road riding anywhere-open spaces, great going and plenty to enjoy along the way.

No need to prebook, send us a message to let us know a day and rough time of arrival.

What a gorgeous few days it’s been at CCR. Blue skies and sunshine have been welcomed greatly over the Christmas break.

We are open for Hacking & Splashing- £25 flat rate with a Christmas Hacking rosette and mulled wine to finish your ride.

🐎Unlimited time on the course, free hard-standing parking, no jumping but, enjoy the woodland, water complex, open-space and plenty of up-hill canters.

🤙 No need to prebook or prepay, just pop us a message to let us know you’re coming. Riders MUST get in touch before setting off.

🚩 Following a clearly marked course with red and white flags. Red to your RIGHT at all times.

🥪 Feel free to bring a picnic to enjoy in the clubhouse after your ride.
