27/04/2022 Prime Minister House:
Executive Director Berkshire Global Education UK and President UK-Pakistan Property & Investments Chamber Sardar Hayat Khan led a delegation of UK businessmen and Chamber Directors to attend an Iftar dinner and a meeting with the Honourable Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Sahb.
During the meeting Sardar Hayat explained their previous and current work as well as potential projects in the fields of education and development in Kashmir and Pakistan.
At the end of the meeting; the Honourable Prime Minister thanked Mr Sardar Hayat and the rest of the guests. He further assured his full support as the head of new AJK government and shared his views to transform Kashmir into “New Kashmir” with all the development projects lined up.

15/02/2022 Serena Hotel Islamabad:
A delegation of UK-Pakistan Property & Investments Chamber led by the President Sardar Hayat Khan alongside several other chamber directors attended the inauguration ceremony of Green View City.
This new and advanced level innovative development is being launched by a well known group in property industry called “The Select Group”.

Sardar Hayat Khan thanked and appreciated their plans of solar energy and public parks in each block and said, “Pakistan needs more and more developers to come forward with similar innovative and latest ideas while establishing new housing schemes and old conventional style developments should become obsolete in Pakistan”.

UK-Pakistan Property & Investments Chamber Director Chowdhary Aftab Hussain said, “Although Pakistan had numerous successful ventures housing projects led by the private sector, there is still a huge gap between the demand and supply of housing”.

President Federation of Realtors Pakistan Sardar Tahir Mahmood said, “The shortfall of over 10 million houses in Pakistan can only offset by boosting the construction sector in terms of infrastructure and urban planning, massive land reforms as well as removing regulatory barriers”.

Sardar Hayat concluded the evening by assuring full support towards the new project from him and the Chamber.

Rawalpindi: A delegation of UKPakistan-Property & Investments Chamber led by its President Mr Sardar Hayat and other executive members visited the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The President of Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mr Nasir Mirza alongside his Executives welcomed the UK delegation.

A Q&A session was carried out after the PowerPoint presentation by both teams.
Mr Hayat appreciated the excellent work being carried out by the Rawalpindi Chamber both on national and international scales.

Mr Hayat said that UKPakistan-PIC has always remained a step ahead for the help of the local business community and he alongside his team will always fulfil their corporate and social responsibilities.

He further said that he will continue to perform its social and moral obligations for the betterment of business sector in his region.

Mr Sardar Hayat assured Mr Nasir Mirza and his Executives that their Chamber will fully extend its cooperation to them and try their level best to provide more business opportunities to local as well as Overseas Pakistani communities.

The president of UKPakistan-PIC Sardar Hayat was honoured and privileged to receive a “Recognition Award” for his remarkable achievements in business sector throughout the Globe and in particular in Pakistan by Chowdhary Sarwar, the Governor of Punjab, Pakistan.

Sardar Hayat has previously been conferred with several international awards including the Excellence Award (Jaiza-Tul-Imtiaz) for his outstanding services in the education sector.

Sardar Hayat in his press briefing said;
“Success comes with sheer handwork, dedication and passion; it can never be a coincidence. You cannot be successful unless you are passionate about your success. And by passionate I mean consistently passionate, not only during your good times but more importantly on the not so good times when passion is needed the most. I went through lots of good and lots of really bad times in my life but one thing I never gave up was my passion to be successful”.

Sardar Hayat further said, “I would like to specially thank the Executive Commitee and the whole team of Berkshire Group as well as the UKPakistan-Property & Investments Chamber”.

Delegation from UK-Pakistan Property and Investments Chamber exclusively meets the High Commissioner Pakistan, His Excellency Mr Nafees Zakaria.

A full PowerPoint presentation followed by UKPakistan-PIC introductory videos were presented to The High Commissioner and his panel by Miss Gillian Wilson and Mr Mark Evans.

At the end of the presentation the High Commissioner asked several questions with reference to the Rising Pakistan Project, Universal Care Foundation and the UK-Pakistan Property Expo.

High Commissioner appreciated the overwhelming passion of the president of the UKPakistan-PIC Mr Sardar Hayat in raising awareness about the positive attributes of Pakistan and his persistent efforts in transforming the international community’s perception about Pakistan.

Mr Hayat said, “As Pakistan grows and transforms into a Global Entity”, many overseas Pakistanis are now looking back not only for a lucrative investment opportunity but also to build a family home back in Pakistan”.

Mr Hayat further added, “We have been tirelessly working on positive narrative building of Pakistan. We completely understand that in order to change the future of Pakistan we must first change people’s perception about Pakistan and introduce them to the NEW PAKISTAN”.

Delegation presented His Excellency with a “Shield of Honour” and a cheque of £14100 donation towards the Prime Minster Imran Khan’s appeal for funds.

‘FUND RAISING EVENT’ organised by Sardar Hayat the President of UKPakistan-PIC and Chairman Universal Care Foundation.
The event once again reaffirmed the charitable nature of the Pakistani community who generously raised £20,230.00.
Sardar Hayat said, “We are proud of all individuals who helped make this event a success and we are especially grateful to our local Pakistani and Kashmiri community who generously raised an amount of £20,230 on such a short notice”
Sardar Hayat announced that UKPakiatan-PIC is planning further events in 2020-21 to help with many other noble causes around the world.

Islamabad: The President of UKPakistan-Property & Investments Chamber Mr Sardar Hayat and other executive members visited one of the Pakistan’s market leading and well-known Property Investment Portal Graana’s CEO Mr Shafeeq Akbar and his team.
The CEO Mr Shafeeq Akbar alongside his Executive Directors gave a very warm welcome to Mr Sardar Hayat and his team upon their arrival at Beverly Centre, Blue Area, Islamabad.
Meeting started with a fully interactive presentation and ended on a Q&A session. Mr Hayat assured Mr Shafeeq Akbar and his Executives that their UK based Chamber will fully extend its cooperation and work closely in conjunction with Graana to create more real estate business opportunities for local as well as overseas Pakistanis.
