Last year in August 2025, heavy monsoon rains triggered flash floods across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, utterly devastating districts such as Buner, Shangla, and Swat in Pakistan. At the time, several families were left without shelter, food, or safe water. As part of the first phase of a coordinated response, Osman Consulting (OC) and its implementing partner delivered emergency assistance to 500 of the most vulnerable households. We prioritised those who had lost their homes, food stocks, and access to safe drinking water. We are happy that our team managed to provide immediate relief to people suffering insurmountable loss during a time of intense devastation. We call for more support for the victims of the Pakistan floods, recovery is ongoing as the floods left lasting challenges. More support will ensure that the survivors are not forgotten and basic needs are met.

The ongoing conflict in Sudan has forced thousands of families to flee their homes and temporary settlements, leaving many without safety, stability, or basic necessities. Women and children continue to face the greatest risks, and the need for support remains urgent.

This Ramadan, Osman Consulting delivered food parcels to Internally Displaced People in Eastern Chad, close to the Sudanese border and to the people in Sudan. While this support has brought relief to many, the scale of need is still immense.

We remain committed to standing with the people of Sudan during this time of hardship. Continued assistance is essential to help families rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.

As humanitarian needs continue to rise across multiple regions, our commitment remains the same: supporting communities with dignity, respect and principled action. When catastrophic floods hit Sri Lanka, our team, through its partners managed to provide timely emergency relief parcels to households in dire need. We stand with all communities affected by crisis, wherever they are.
