The season might finally be changing as the rain comes in but nothing could dampen our spirits at this morning. The room was full of positive vibes as we chatted, and it was a bumper week for referrals, which just shows as we work together and for each other to grow our businesses.

The inimitable Karen Jones spoke to us about the powerful work being done by the QE Brain Tumor Fund, supporting the incredible work at the Queen Elizabeth hospital. They make such a difference and Karen inspires us all.

We were also lucky enough to have Sarah Clark Directional Life Coaching onside to run a short group coaching session afterwards which gave many of us food for thought and more importantly, some steps to take towards success.

We've built an incredible chapter full of passionate business people doing great work and that shows every week when we come together.

The positive vibes were back at this morning. It seemed we we'd all slept well, or our at least the smiles and fun chats round the room certainly gave that impression.

We were treated to an excellent 10 minute presentation by Shahzadi Yousaf from Pure Protection Services Limited . Shahzadi showed us not only how much she knows but all the different kinds of protection an individual can have for themselves, their family and their business. It was such an informative interesting 10 minutes. 🤯

Another meeting and another chance for us to show up for each other at . This group is going from strength to 💪 and growing fast.
It was a delight to see Connor Healy acting as our president and inducing 2 new members into the fold. We'll take care of them as they grow their business, knowing that the principal of (otherwise known as the power of reciprocity) will mean we grow too.

Thursday kicked off brilliantly this morning with a room full of positivity, local business owners mingling and making connections that help us all succeed.
The group were treated to an excellent 10 minute presentation by Chris Seddon from Snapshot Magnets sharing the journey of his business and the power of photos as memories.

Huge kudos also went to Steve Dixon for being the star performer of the Chapter in July. Steve had a huge number of 1:1s with different team members alongside making great referrals, educating himself on the BNI basics and he's been doing all of this whilst growing his business. What a power house. Congrats Steve.

The positive energy was humming across the room at this morning which made it so easy to get up early and come ready to network and support each other.
We were "treated" to an excellent 10 presentation by Faye Williams of Lisa’s Sweet Treats showing us not only how this incredible business supports larger companies in their employee satisfaction and retention but, provides the same level of service to customers at a smaller scale. What an incredible company.

It's wonderful as well to welcome our newest member Mandeep Birdy from LPA Angels Estate Planning. We're thrilled to have you on board Mandeep.

We were treated this morning to a fantastic 10 minute presentation by the inimitable Ian Broadbridge from M.I. Business Services Ltd to not only walk us through the history of the company but show us the wide breadth of services they can offer, built off a foundation of excellent customer service and doing what's right for the client. Brilliant work Ian.

It was another fun morning filled with laughs and so many opportunities for the chapter to support each other. It was truly a great atmosphere to be in, celebrating members new and old.

Vibes were high at this morning, with a room full of visitors and a few very welcome subs, all having a great start to their Thursday.

It was a treat to hear from Steve Dixon helping us all see the benefits of coaching to minimise burn out and help us stay tapped into our purpose. It this is what Steve can do in 10 minutes, I can only imagine how transformational his focused sessions are.

Also kudos given to Chris Seddon for creating my own bespoke car magnets to raise awareness of my business. What a creative way of advertising and Chris was such a pleasure to do business with.

It might be hotter than hades outside but this cool bunch of entrepreneurs kept things fun and "breezy" at this morning. Shout out to Alek Šapić for an excellent 60 second presentation where he clearly articulated his business and was specific with his referral request, which gives us all the best shot at supporting him. "Specific is terrific" as they say.

We're also all invested in winning our bingo this month, ensuring that we're getting the very best out of our membership, which in turn helps us all grow.

We were treated to a presentation with a fun football theme by Tom Hunt from future perfect, showing us how to avoid the "red cards" in the mortgage market and score that all important "goal" mortgage offer. Great work Tom
