“We’re not looking for new suppliers at the moment.”
If you’ve heard this after a buyer invited you to a meeting, or been ghosted completely - read this carefully. 👇
As a former retail buyer, I can tell you: if I invited you in, or replied to your email, I was interested.
Buyers don’t waste their own time.
So when that same buyer brushes you off with a line like that?
🤦♀️ It’s almost never the real reason.
It’s a smokescreen.
A polite cover for the objection they don’t want to say out loud, the thing in your pitch that didn’t quite add up for them.
And here’s what I really need you to hear: it’s almost never your product.
Your product got you in the room.
It’s your pitch that’s losing the deal.
The good news?
A pitch problem is fixable - once you know how to spot the real objection hiding behind the polite one, and answer it before they’ve shown you the door.
That’s exactly what I teach inside the 5-day Pitch Ready Bootcamp.
Plus much more, like:
→ How to pitch your way in the door
→ What buyers actually need to hear in 2026
→ How to frame and run a buyer meeting
All complete with templates and frameworks ready to swipe and go 🙂
